Using the Givsum Auction Catalog!
Enhance your organization's auction by adding Givsum's curated items from third-party vendors.
The Givsum auction catalog V1 Beta is currently available to organizations working directly with Givsum's Auction Consultant, Kristin Epperson. If interested in paticipating with the Givsum auction catalog, please reach out to Kristin at kristin@charitymatterz.com

Setup Process:
1. Click the "Catalog" tab to view and select the auction items you want added to your organization's auction. Once selected, click "Add to Auction." Items will then be added to your auction and viewable to bidders.
2. If you want to delete a catalog item from your auction, you'll do so from the "Auction Desk."
3. Editing Catalog items is limited to item number only.
Winning Bidder Catalog Item Distribution:
1. Winning bidders will notified by Givsum's third-party vendors within 21 days regarding all items, trips, and experiences.
2. Following the purchase of a winning item and funds received by your organization, a member of the Givsum team will contact your organization to explain the third-party "reserve" billing/invoicing process.
